10-Minute Apple Berry Crumble

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the diced apples, mixed berries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon. Mix well to coat the fruit evenly.
Microwave the Fruit Filling:

Microwave the fruit mixture on high for 3-4 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the berries have released their juices. Stir halfway through cooking.
Make the Crumble Topping:

In a separate bowl, combine the old-fashioned oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, melted butter, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix until the ingredients are well combined and form a crumbly texture.
Assemble and Serve:

Divide the cooked fruit filling among individual serving dishes or ramekins.
Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit filling in each dish.
Optional: Bake (for a crispier topping)

If you prefer a crispier topping, you can transfer the assembled crumbles to a preheated oven and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and crisp.
Serve Warm:

Serve the apple berry crumbles warm, optionally topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
Enjoy!

Tips:
Feel free to customize the fruit filling with your favorite fruits or whatever you have on hand.
You can adjust the sweetness of the crumble by adding more or less sugar to the fruit filling and topping according to your taste preference.
This recipe can easily be doubled or halved depending on how many servings you need. Adjust cooking times accordingly.
