11 top home cleaning hacks of all time

6. De-funk your mops and sponges
Don’t throw out your kitchen mop when it starts to smell funky. Instead, fill a bucket with a quart of water and 1/4 cup salt. Soak your mops and/or sponges overnight and rinse in the morning.
7. Say goodbye to glitter

9. Clean a cutting board with natural ingredients
Clean a cutting board without chemicals by using kosher salt and a lemon half. Sprinkle salt on the cutting board, and scrub with the lemon half. Rinse and dry completely.
10. Clean your blender fast
