Most people use vinegar wrong when doing laundry!

Alternate Method to Use Vinegar in Laundry:

  1. Whitening Whites with Vinegar:
    • Instead of adding vinegar during the rinse cycle, pre-soak your whites in a solution of 1 cup of white vinegar mixed with 4 cups of warm water for 30 minutes. This helps loosen any deep stains and brighten your whites before the actual wash cycle.
  2. Softening Towels:
    • For extra softness, combine 1/2 cup of baking soda with 1/2 cup of vinegar and add both to the wash cycle (not the rinse cycle). This will enhance the softening effects by removing detergent residue and fluffing the fabric fibers.
