Peaches and Cream Poke Cake!

Ingredients:

1 box of white cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the box: usually water, oil, and eggs)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 jar (about 10 oz) peach preserves
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches in juice, drained and chopped
Fresh peaches for garnish (optional)
