Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Shells

Ingredients:
– 1 pound lean ground beef
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 1 small onion, peeled and diced
– 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 2 tablespoons ketchup
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon pepper
– 8 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
– 24 jumbo pasta shells, cooked according to package directions
– 1 cup milk
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
