Apple Pandowdy


Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Toss apples with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice in a skillet.
Mix flour, oats, and butter in a bowl until crumbly. Gradually add water until a dough forms.
Roll out dough and lay it over the apples.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until the crust is golden and apples are bubbly.
