baked Mostaccioli


Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook mostaccioli pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
Add ground beef, salt, and pepper to the skillet, and cook until the beef is browned.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, tomato meat sauce, and ricotta cheese.
Transfer to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
