Banana Caramel Nut Cheesecake


Directions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar to form the crust. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator.
Beat the cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and mashed bananas.
Pour filling over the crust and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 minutes, or until set.
Allow cheesecake to cool. Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake.
Chill for 4 hours, or overnight. Before serving, garnish with sliced bananas, extra caramel sauce, and whole peanuts.
