Banana Split Cheesecake


Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Slice bananas and layer them over the mixture. Sprinkle with chopped strawberries and pineapple.
Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture on top and spread evenly.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over cooled cheesecake. Top with whipped cream, chopped nuts, and maraschino cherries.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
