Cheesy Beefy Roll-Ups


In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease.
Stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Cook according to package instructions until the mixture is thickened and well combined.
Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet to make them easier to roll.
Spread a layer of shredded cheddar cheese onto each tortilla.
Spoon a portion of the seasoned ground beef mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it evenly over the cheese layer.
Roll up each tortilla tightly to form a roll-up.
Place the roll-ups seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are slightly crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing each roll-up into smaller pieces.
