Cheesy Crockpot Cheeseburgers


1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and diced onion. Cook until beef is browned and onions are translucent. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
2. Transfer cooked beef mixture to your slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper. Add cubed Velveeta cheese, ketchup, and mustard. Mix everything well.
3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 3 to 4 hours. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking and distribution of flavors.
