Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Cake



Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it begins to simmer.
Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until the ganache is smooth and glossy.
Allow the ganache to thicken slightly at room temperature.
Assemble the Cake:

Place one layer of the chocolate cake on a serving plate.
Spread half of the chocolate ganache over the cake layer.
Carefully place the peanut butter cheesecake on top of the ganache.
Top the cheesecake with the second chocolate cake layer.
Spread the remaining ganache over the top and sides of the cake.
