Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake


Directions:
10. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
11. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust.
12. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
13. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in heavy cream.
14. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then drizzle half of the melted chocolate. Swirl with a knife. Repeat with remaining mixtures.
15. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until set and slightly wobbly in the center. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
