Costco Peanut Butter Chocolate Cream Pie


Directions:
1. Prepare the graham cracker crust and bake for 6 minutes.
2. Make the peanut butter mousse layer by whipping the cream cheese and peanut butter, then folding in whipped cream.
3. Spread the mousse over the crust and chill for 20 minutes.
4. Create the chocolate cream layer by combining gelatin, water, egg, milk, sugar, cocoa, and whipped cream.
5. Pour the chocolate cream over the peanut butter layer and chill for 2+ hours.
6. Pipe peanut butter filling around the pie edge, sprinkle with reserved crumbs before serving.
