How to prepare datterini tomatoes in oil

  1. Cut the garlic cloves into thin slices and place them in sterilized jars. Add fresh basil leaves, salt, oregano, a drop of vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Wash the cherry tomatoes
  3. Dry well and cut in half.
    Add a few cherry tomatoes to the jars.

Storage
Datterini tomatoes can be stored for a few months in the pantry, away from light and humidity. As soon as you open the jar, keep the tomatoes in oil tightly closed for 3 or 4 days in the refrigerator.
