Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers


Prep and Skewer Chicken:
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together the chicken seasonings and set aside.
Cut the chicken into 3-inch pieces and toss them in olive oil and the mixed spices.
Thread the chicken pieces tightly onto the skewers, leaving no space in between.
Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:
Heat the butter and minced garlic until the butter is partially melted.
Add in the red pepper flakes, hot sauce, parsley, and grated parmesan cheese. Whisk everything together until well combined.
Cook The Chicken:
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook the skewers in the air fryer for 5 minutes, then flip them over.
Baste the skewers with the prepared garlic parmesan butter sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Flip the skewers again, baste with more sauce, and continue cooking until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. This should take about 5-6 more minutes.
