Homemade Strawberry Sauce


Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
Cook: Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the strawberries are soft and the sauce has thickened, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Finish: Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and salt.
