Neapolitan Pie


Preheat your oven to the highest setting, ideally 475°F (245°C) or higher.
Roll out the pizza dough to about 10-12 inches in diameter on a floured surface.
Spread the crushed tomatoes evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
Distribute the mozzarella slices over the tomato base.
Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
Remove from oven and immediately garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve hot.
