No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake


– 1 cup whipped cream
– Orange slices for garnish
Directions:
1. Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Make the filling: Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract to stiff peaks. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
3. Flavor the filling: Stir in orange zest and orange juice. Add the dissolved gelatin and mix until well combined.
4. Assemble: Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
5. Garnish: Before serving, top with whipped cream and orange slices.
