Orange Creamsicle Cake


Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar for about 10 minutes until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the flour, salt, orange zest, and food coloring until just combined.
Gently fold in the carbonated orange soda.
Pour the batter into a well-greased 12-cup Bundt pan or tube pan.
Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the cake cool on a wire rack before drizzling with the glaze.
