Stirring: Stir gently with a whisk, gradually adding milk. The resulting paste should have the consistency of a slightly thick liquid.
Taste: Add the rum to the batter and mix well.
To prepare the pancakes: Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with a paper towel. Ladle the batter into the pan, spread it evenly, then wait until one side of the pancake is cooked through before flipping it. Fry all the pancakes in this way over low heat.
