Pizza Bubble Cake


1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 12-cup fluted tube pan or Bundt pan with non-stick spray.
2️⃣ Combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
3️⃣ Take one can of dough and separate it into 8 biscuits. Flatten each to form a 3-inch round. Place 2 pepperoni slices in the center of each round, then top with a mozzarella piece.
4️⃣ Carefully wrap the dough around the pepperoni and cheese, pinching the edges to seal and forming a ball.
5️⃣ Roll each dough ball in the seasoned butter mixture.
6️⃣ Arrange 8 dough balls in the prepared pan, then sprinkle with some of the Parmesan cheese.
7️⃣ Repeat the process with the remaining biscuits, layering them on top of the first layer in the pan.
8️⃣ Drizzle any remaining butter mixture over the top of the dough balls.
9️⃣ Bake for 33-38 minutes, or until the cake is deep golden brown.
🔟 Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before loosening the edges and inverting onto a large heatproof plate.
1️⃣1️⃣ Serve warm, accompanied by warm pizza sauce for dipping.
