Strawberry Cheesecake Chimichangas

Ingredients:
• 6 soft flour tortillas (8 inches each)
• Cream Cheese Filling:
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup strawberries, diced
• 1/2 cup strawberry jam
• For Frying and Coating:
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• 1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for coating)
• Vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions:
1. Filling Preparation:
• In a bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
• Gently fold in the diced strawberries and strawberry jam.
