– 2 bell peppers, diced
– 1 onion, chopped
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama (or your favorite Cajun seasoning)
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
– 1 can (14.5 ounces) crushed tomatoes
– 32 ounces beef broth
– 1 cup rice
– Shredded cheese, for topping
