The secret breakfast trick that your kids don’t know is healthy – cottage cheese buns!

1. To make the dough: In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese and eggs well until a smooth mass is formed.

2. Add the dry ingredients: Gradually add the flour, baking powder and baking soda to the cottage cheese and egg mixture and mix everything into a smooth dough.

3. Shape: Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface and shape into small rolls. If you want, you can poke a hole in the middle of the bun to make a bagel shape.

4. Baking: Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

5. Serve: Allow the rolls to cool slightly and enjoy fresh.
