This flavor combo is an explosion in your mouth! Wow!

1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, French onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, and 1/4 cup of ketchup until well combined.
2. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in your slow cooker.
3. Spread the remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
4. Layer the thinly sliced onions on top of the ketchup.
5. Drizzle the Worcestershire sauce over the onions.
6. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
7. Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired.
