For the glaze:
1. Prepare the Glaze: In a bowl, melt the dark chocolate for the glaze, then stir in the peanut oil.
2. Apply the Glaze: Pour the glaze over the ganache layer, letting it drip down the sides of the cake. Refrigerate until set.
