Trisha Yearwood’s Creamy Grape Salad:

1. Start by giving the grapes a good wash and drying them off completely. Remove any stems or blemishes.
2. In a big mixing bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until it’s all smooth and mixed well.
3. Add the washed grapes into the creamy mixture. Gently stir until all the grapes are evenly coated.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and chopped pecans.
5. Sprinkle the brown sugar and pecan mixture over the grape mixture. Use a spatula to gently fold everything together until the brown sugar and pecans are nicely spread throughout.
6. Transfer your grape salad into a serving dish or bowl.
7. Cover it up with some plastic wrap and pop it in the fridge for at least an hour before serving. This gives it time for all the flavors to come together and for the salad to chill nicely.
8. Serve it up nice and chilled, and enjoy!
This creamy grape salad is a real treat as a side dish or even as dessert. It’s great for potlucks, picnics, or any gathering where you want something refreshing and delicious.
