11 top home cleaning hacks of all time

If you like spending hours cleaning your house, these hacks might not be for you. If you think that saving a little time on your chores so you can enjoy a magazine or your favorite television show sounds better, keep reading.
We’ve collected some of our favorite cleaning hacks and shared them with you below. These are some of the easiest, and most efficient, tricks to implement in any home.
1. Clean stained pans in a breeze
Sick of scrubbing for hours and hours on end? Fill your nasty pan with water and bring it to a boil. Once the water is bubbling, remove it from the heat and add 2 tablespoons baking soda. Put a lid on the pan, and let it soak for a few minutes. Then scrub away the stains with a bit of elbow grease.
2. Get rid of food in the microwave without all the work
The microwave is a little awkward to clean. To make it easier, toss a wet rag into the microwave, and run it on high for 2 minutes. Let the steam seep in the microwave for about a minute, then (wearing an oven mitt), use the hot rag to wipe the inside of your microwave clean.
3. Toss your shower curtain in the washer
Stop tossing out that shower liner when it gets a bit funky. You can wash them (yes, the plastic ones) in the washer.
4. Clean your hot glue gun
Crafters rejoice: Get rid of that nasty hot glue buildup without breaking a nail or burning your fingers! While the gun is still hot (but unplugged), use a ball of aluminum foil to remove glue from where it has collected.
5Un-dust your lampshades with ease
Use a lint roller to remove dust from the fabric lamp shades in your home in seconds.
