Classic Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:

16 oz bag of shredded hash browns, thawed
1 lb pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
½ cup diced onions
Mixed bell peppers (½ cup each of red and green), diced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 large eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional garnishes: chopped fresh cilantro or diced tomatoes
