Directions:
Prepare the Crust:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the melted dark chocolate chips and Kirsch until well combined.
Fold in the sour cream until fully incorporated.
