Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Cake



Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add the eggs, buttermilk, coffee, oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Beat until the batter is smooth.
Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
Prepare the Peanut Butter Cheesecake:

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a mixer, blend the cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, and flour until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream and vanilla extract.
Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared springform pan.
Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
Allow the cheesecake to cool completely.
