Tender pancakes without eggs and milk: they come out thin and soft!
This recipe does not contain ingredients such as eggs and milk, which is why the pancakes are lean. But at the same time, they do not lose their delicacy and taste.
To prepare, you will need the following ingredients:
flour – 2 cups;
salt – 1 teaspoon;
sugar – 1 tbsp;
sparkling water – 500-600 ml;
soda – a pinch;
vegetable oil – 4 tablespoons;
potatoes – 2 pcs.;
chives – a bunch.
Cooking process
Preparation of the stuffing:
Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool and peel.
Cut it into small cubes and mix with finely chopped green onions. Add salt to taste.
